Back in February I had the pleasure of meeting you both. 

I made a decision to sell my parents home. Never having sold a home before I not sure what to do or how to go about doing it.  I interviewed other brokers but, the seemed like used car salesmen.

Finally I meet with Janet and Linda.  They were real, honest and down to earth. They got to know a little about me. Toured my home. They told me and showed me what they would do for me.  I felt right away that I could trust them. Trust is  not a word I use easily.

Both ladies bring years of experience with. They know and understand the complex nature of the real estate market. 

They sold my house in 2 months! The price I got for my house because of their hard work was fantasic. 

They where not just my brokers but, they became my friends.  When you hire this team you have the best of the best. I'm not someone who give recommendations ever but, how could I not with this special team.  I'm forever thankful too them. If they ever need anything from me I'm there for them. It's the least I can do for them. 

Hi Linda.  Thank you so much for all you did in getting us to the closing table.  This was a very difficult buyer but you stuck with us throughout the entire time, kept everyone calm and focused, particularly my mother, and worked the problems as they arose.  We would not have been able to do it without you and for that I am very grateful.
